Arale VS Metropolis Island Bullies (アラレVS都会島のいじめっコ Arare VS tokai shima noijimetsu ko) is the 227th episode of Dr. Slump Arale-chan.
Synopsis[]
Arale is going to attend Big City Island High School for one day. Senbei worries about Arale's superpowers so he invents a "Low Power Belt" to lower her power. Once she arrives at Big City Island High school, she sits next to a bully, Daisuke!
Plot[]
Arale and her friends are in class messing around until their teacher, Daigoro Kurigashira comes to the classroom. They continue to mess around until Mr. Kurigashira tells them that at least one student has to go to Metropolis Island High School. Everyone gets quiet, except Arale.
Later that evening, Arale tells Senbei and Midori about how she will be going to Metropolis Island. Senbei gets a flashback of the time he and Arale went to Metropolis Island. He worries that Arale might cause chaos again.
When Arale is getting ready, Senbei comes to give Arale a belt. He asks Arale to punch the wall, which causes Midori to get worried that she might make a hole in the house. When Arale punches the wall, the wall doesn't break, much to Midori's surprise.
In the morning, Arale goes on a ship to Metropolis Island. While everybody is waving her goodbye, Akane and Obotchaman notice her weird belt.
