Karute Karta is a character from the manga Dr. Slump Returns, But Only For a Little While. He is the eldest son of the family of doctors Karte, who move to Penguin Village. He is a champion soccer player. At first he seemed to upset by the village. Arale, however quickly becomes his friend, then Akane, Tsukutsun, Obotchaman, and Peasuke do as well. He seems to have feelings for Arale.
