Rocky is the main protagonist of the 1989 spin-off manga Rocky.
Biography[]
Rocky drives a race car, and he is committing speeding in series. At one point, he meets Arale Norimaki. He tries to lose her, but the girl manages to catch him and puts a poop on his head. Eventually, Rocky has a car accident due to his behavior.
