Volume 16: Who's the Strongest in the World!!

Who's the Strongest in the World!! is sixteenth volume of the Dr. Slump manga series written by Akira Toriyama. It was released on January 10, 1985 in Japan and in September 2, 2008 for the English version. Set in 1984, this volume most notably deals with Senbei's temporary death, the 10 year future trip and the Who's the Strongest in the World arc.
